About
PartFit 3D is a free browser-based tool for splitting oversized STL and 3MF models into printable parts. Makers can choose a printer preset or custom build volume, orient a model, and apply automatic or manual planar cuts. After every cut, PartFit recalculates dimensions and marks each result Fit or Too Large, so oversized pieces can be selected and cut again without restarting. It also reports boundary, non-manifold, and watertight mesh checks, then exports slicer-ready STL or 3MF files. Core geometry processing happens locally in the browser: model files are not uploaded to PartFit servers, no account is required, and users can take the exported parts into Bambu Studio, Cura, PrusaSlicer, or another slicer to generate G-code.
