About

Pay Transparency Kit follows how each of the 27 EU countries applies the right to pay information in Directive (EU) 2023/970, with the official source for every country, last checked on 8 October 2026. Workers get a free letter that asks for their own pay level and the average pay by sex for their category of work, citing their country's rule, in English, German or Dutch. Employers get an answer tool: load the payroll, choose the worker who asked, and see the categories and headcounts free of charge. It warns when an average would give away one colleague's pay, and payroll files stay in the browser.Pro is 99 USD once per organisation for the figures, answer letters, a request log, the yearly notice to staff and a pay criteria template.
