PDFMergely is a free suite of privacy-first PDF tools that run 100% in your browser. Merge, split, compress, and password-protect PDFs without ever uploading a file. There is no upload endpoint at all — your documents are processed entirely on your own device, so nothing is sent to a server, and the tools keep working even offline once the page has loaded.It is built as a static Next.js site using pdf-lib and pdf.js running in web workers via WebAssembly, and hosted on Vercel. No accounts, no sign-up, no watermarks, and no tracking of your documents. Just fast, private PDF tools that respect your data.

what pdf library is this built on, wasm or pure js?
running wasm for the compression? keeps infra costs at basicaly zero.
