About

Poolr is a carpooling app built specifically for Belgium. It's a working MVP: the iOS app runs on TestFlight, Android runs on the same codebase, and the backend is live. I no longer have time to launch it, so I'm selling it as is.What you get:Full source code: React Native / Expo mobile app (~59 screens), Node.js + Express API (~142 endpoints), Supabase PostgreSQL (70 migrations, 36 tables). ~93k lines of code.Brand + 4 domains (.be, .eu, .fr, .nl)Handover documentation: setup guide, architecture, third-party services inventory, security auditKey features:End-to-end flow: publish a ride, book, pay, travel, review. One-off or recurring rides.Stripe Connect payments: Bancontact, cards, Apple Pay, automatic driver payouts, 10% platform fee, cancellations and refundsBelgian legal framework: price per km capped to stay within cost-sharing rulesPublic transport: checks if the pickup point is reachable by train/bus, live disruptions for SNCB, STIB, TEC and De LijnTrust & safety: ID verification, two-way reviews, in-app chat, QR check-in, live trip sharing, SOS 112Smart routines: detects habitual commutes (with consent) and suggests matching ridesReferral program, points and levels, ride alertsGDPR: data export and account deletion; FR/NL/ENHonest status: not launched publicly, 0 users, no revenue. Some npm dependency debt (mostly Expo) and limited test coverage, all documented. You're buying time-to-market.Ideal for: a mobility company entering Belgium, an employer mobility platform, an agency wanting a ready product, or a founder who wants to launch a carpooling service quickly.Asking price: EUR 35,000 (excl. seems like it addresses a niche market, but competition in carpooling is tough. gotta see if it scales.

nice stack choice with TestFlight and a shared codebase, what's the backend architecture like?
