About

PortLume AI (https://portlumeai.com) is a live, production-ready AI job-hunt copilot for software developers. It is not a prototype or a landing-page mock. Auth, payments (Razorpay, one-time plans), emails, quotas, admin analytics, and the core product loop are running in production today. The moat is three features that form one loop — not a pile of AI wrappers:1) Interview Debrief (rejection diagnosis)Paste a rejection (or what you remember). It splits Path A (never shortlisted) vs Path B (entered the funnel, then got cut), then returns a round-by-round diagnosis and one recovery plan. Guest debrief works without an account; logged-in users get history and follow-up.2) Interview CoachCompany- and role-specific mocks with live follow-ups, tone/filler feedback, and a drill on the gap the debrief found. Built to feel like a real panel, not a polite Q&A bank.3) Career NarrativeTurns real work (including service-company tickets/CRQs) into product-engineer language: ownership, tradeoffs, systems — without fake FAANG metrics. Closes the “never shortlisted” packaging problem. Also live around the loop: job tracker, company interview intel pages, and email/push nudges so the next step happens without the user having to remember to open the app.Stack: React (Vite) + Node/Express + MongoDB. Frontend on Vercel, API on Render. LLM cascade already wired (quality path + cheap fallbacks). Google OAuth + magic-link auth.Who it’s for: 0–5 YOE engineers, especially India switchers from service companies into product roles. What a buyer gets: live domain, production codebase, billing, email, analytics, and a working three-feature product they can run the same day — not a repo that still needs to be “put into production.”
