PostGate is a WordPress paywall plugin that helps creators, publishers, educators and independent experts sell access to their content directly with Stripe.The plugin provides granular control over what gets protected. Site owners can restrict an entire website, post types, categories, tags, individual posts and pages, or specific Gutenberg blocks. This makes it possible to monetize anything from a complete publication to a single premium section inside an otherwise public article.Visitors can unlock content through one-time payments or recurring subscriptions. Existing setups can require several plugins, extensive configuration and workflows that are disproportionate to the simple goal of selling access to content.I built PostGate to provide a more focused connection between WordPress content, users and Stripe payments.Business modelPostGate is free to install from the official WordPress plugin directory.
