About

Pounce Atlas is a free, open-source explorer for geographic datasets. Explore the same selected records on a South African map, grouped by industry, or as dated activity. Search, filters and record details carry across these views, and compatible CSV or JSON files can be imported locally in the browser.

The released business and venue examples are fictional. They are not verified real businesses or evidence of national coverage, and no Pounce production data is included.

Built with Three.js and TypeScript, the application is deployed as static files and needs no Pounce account, API key or private database. The source includes a documented data contract, local import guidance, tests and deployment instructions. Application code is MIT licensed; reference data and fonts retain separate notices.
