Project Steel

About

Project Steel is an early-stage fitness SaaS platform built around one connected ecosystem for consumers and fitness professionals.Steel combines a premium consumer fitness experience with Steel Coach, a B2B2C platform designed for personal trainers and online coaches to manage clients, assign training, monitor progress and keep everything within one platform. The consumer product is being developed around structured workouts, exercise and set tracking, training history, progress insights, nutrition planning and premium membership functionality.Steel Coach creates a second recurring-revenue opportunity by allowing coaches to subscribe to the platform while giving their clients access to the wider Steel ecosystem. The project already includes an established brand identity, live marketing website, domain, product strategy, UI/UX direction, application development, source code and roadmap. The sale can include the Project Steel brand, projectsteel.co.uk domain, website and application source code, product designs, relevant documentation, development repositories and transferable intellectual property.Steel is currently pre-revenue and under active development, so this opportunity is best suited to a buyer who wants to acquire a substantial head start rather than build a fitness SaaS product from scratch.Potential growth routes include consumer subscriptions, Steel Coach subscriptions, premium programmes, nutrition, affiliate partnerships, wearable integrations, gym partnerships and white-label opportunities. The owner is not under pressure to sell and is looking for the right buyer to take Steel through its next stage of development and commercialisation.
