ProWorks is a development-stage B2B SaaS platform designed specifically for the Romanian SME market.It connects the complete commercial workflow of a job in one continuous system:Estimate → Contract → Proforma Invoice → Invoice → Handover Document → Expenses → Payments → Profit Report.The product is intended for construction, interior finishing, installation, maintenance and other service-based companies that currently manage their activity through disconnected Excel files, Word documents, PDFs and invoicing tools.ProWorks has been built around Romanian business requirements, including Romanian-language documents, RON and VAT logic, BNR exchange-rate integration, project profitability tracking and preparation for ANAF/e-Factura workflows.The acquisition includes the existing source code, database structure, migrations, application interface, implemented workflows, Romanian-market product logic, documentation, brand assets and product roadmap.The application is still under development.
