About

QuickFit is a functional MVP of an enterprise-grade AI virtual try-on pipeline. It solves a massive e-commerce problem: high return rates due to sizing and appearance uncertainty.The platform allows users to select a standard 2D avatar or upload a photo, submit a flat image of an upper-body clothing item, and instantly generate a photorealistic image of the garment draped on the person.The backend architecture is production-ready. I bypassed older, fragile 3D rendering dependencies and built a robust 2D diffusion pipeline (DCI-VTON) that accurately handles fabric draping, occlusions, and realistic lighting. The codebase was engineered entirely independently from the ground up without any messy agency hand-offs, resulting in a clean, highly maintainable repository ready for commercialization.
