Radar is an AI prospecting platform for marketing agencies and freelancers who sell to local businesses in France.What it doesFind: a national database of French local businesses built from OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps and the SIRENE registry. Users search by trade and area, or browse a map.No overlap: each business is assigned to one user only (reserved 21 days, 45 after first contact), so no two users chase the same lead.Prospect: AI-written briefs and outreach emails (Claude), sent from the user’s own domain with gradual volume ramp-up.Call: AI voice calls through Vapi, with a scheduled autopilot, inbound callbacks and live transfer to the user during their availability.Book: built-in calendar, meeting confirmation with .ics, iCal sync, and an AI prep sheet sent before each meeting.Convert: a shareable mini-audit page per business with verified findings, three priorities, the agency’s offer and a booking slot.Improve: a weekly AI coach report, per-user stats, and an admin dashboard for the whole group.Compliance and securityShared do-not-call list (HMAC hashes) applied across all users.Per-user data isolation with Postgres row-level security.No Google data stored (Places API removed for terms-of-service reasons).Stack: Next.js, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, pg_cron), Vercel, Claude API, Vapi, Leaflet. Test suite with Vitest.Business model: users bring their own Claude and Vapi keys, so running costs stay limited to hosting. Currently offered free to students of a French marketing training program; no revenue yet.Status: live in production since September 2026. The voice-call autopilot is built and deployed but has not yet been validated on real calls.
