Recall is a working SMS automation prototype that helps local service businesses — plumbers, HVAC companies, landscapers — automatically collect Google reviews and win back inactive customers after every job.The core problem: these businesses spend $150–300 per lead but do zero follow-up after the job is done. Recall fixes that with three automated workflows: a review request text sent 1 hour after job completion, a win-back campaign for customers inactive over 180 days, and seasonal SMS reminders. All three are built, tested, and confirmed working end-to-end.The infrastructure is complete — Airtable database, Make.com automations, Twilio SMS, a landing page live on Netlify, and a client portal built in Softr. The remaining gaps are a client login system and payment processing, both straightforward to unlock with existing paid tiers of the tools already in the stack.Pricing strategy validated at $49–99/month per client with ~85% gross margin at scale.
