RenameClick is a local-first AI file renamer and organizer for macOS and Windows. It analyzes supported images, documents, and text files—and can transcribe supported audio recordings—to suggest clear filenames from their contents. You can review or edit every suggestion before applying a rename or move.Beyond batch renaming, RenameClick can organize files with AI Categories, metadata folder presets, or Match Folders; find local files by meaning with AI Search; and monitor incoming folders with Auto Flow.With the Local provider, document and image models run on your device after a one-time download. Optional audio transcription also runs on-device once installed. Cloud providers using your own API keys and local integrations such as Ollama and LM Studio remain available if you choose them.It is built for practical desktop workflows involving screenshots, photos, scans, receipts, contracts, downloads, client files, and recordings—while keeping you in control of every change.
