About

RentFlow is a lightweight web app to manage a short-term rental contract: track rent payments, split utility bills between owner and tenant, and issue PDF receipts.

Owner area (protected by Supabase Auth): mark payments as paid in one click, upload utility bills as PDFs, split them between owner and tenant with the monthly total updating automatically, and generate PDF receipts.

Tenant area (read-only): monthly history, payment status (Paid / Pending), downloadable bills for each month, PDF receipts for paid months and property documents (energy certificate, cadastral record).

What you get on purchase: the GitHub repository, the live site on Vercel and the Supabase project, with ownership transferred to you. A Supabase setup script (tables, row-level security, storage) lets you launch your own instance in minutes. The source code can be read and tried locally for evaluation; it is released under an all-rights-reserved license until the sale.

Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Vite, Supabase (Database, Auth, Storage), jsPDF, Vercel.

Status: a working prototype built around one property and one tenant. No users and no revenue yet. Supporting multiple landlords would need tenant accounts and per-owner data separation.
