About

Revenue Recovery AI is a pre-revenue B2B SaaS foundation designed to identify and automate recovery workflows for at-risk revenue across quotes, leads, invoices, payments, disputes and customer reactivation. The project is being offered as a proprietary software/IP asset, including the complete source code, frontend, backend, database schema, migrations, integration foundation, AI orchestration, recovery engine, policy/risk/approval layers, tests, Docker configuration and extensive technical and acquisition documentation. The architecture is multi-tenant and provider-agnostic, with normalized events, identity resolution, webhook verification, encrypted credentials, RBAC, tenant isolation, action validation, idempotency and audit logging. Implemented connector foundations include email, CRM, billing, ecommerce and generic integration paths, with some providers implemented but requiring buyer-side live credentials and validation. The repository has been independently exercised through 133 unit tests, 353 integration tests, 39 E2E tests and 122 ACME synthetic scenarios, with 647 assertions passing in the final verification. Production build, Prisma validation, Docker configuration and secret scanning were also verified. No customers, revenue, MRR/ARR or traffic are claimed. No customer data or production credentials are included. The product is sold as a technical foundation that a buyer can continue, verticalize, integrate with its own systems, or commercialize under its own strategy.Included: source code, documentation, tests, database/migrations, Docker configuration, acquisition data room, buyer handoff documentation, demo environment, screenshots, sales deck, video materials and acceptance checklist. The project is proprietary and all rights reserved. IP transfer is subject to a separate written agreement.
