About

ReviewReply helps local business owners answer Google reviews without starting from a blank box. Paste a review, pick a tone (friendly, professional, empathetic for complaints, or witty) and you get a draft that responds to what the customer actually wrote and fits your type of business, in the same language as the review. You read it, add anything only you know and post it yourself. Guides on the site cover restaurants, dental practices, hotels and handling negative reviews.Reviews up to 300 characters are free in all four tones. Starter is 9 USD once for reviews of any length with email support, and Pro is 19 USD once with a Chrome extension for replying where you read reviews, plus priority support. There are no subscriptions.

great idea for busy owners, but hope it gets a bit more personality in the witty replies.

looks super handy for busy owners, but how does it handle different languages?
