About
Every PC "optimizer" tells you what's wrong. Revive fixes it.
Revive is a working, invite-beta Windows 10/11 app. One tap and it reads the whole machine, works out what is actually slowing it down, fixes what software can fix (with a restore point and per-change Undo), and says plainly what it can't fix: overheating, a failing disk, too little RAM. It lives in a glass notch at the top of the screen, takes voice commands in any language, and has its own sandboxed plugin store with 30 plugins already built.
This is not an idea or a template. It's a finished product with brand, website, payments and launch plan, waiting for an owner to launch it.
What you get
- Full source, about 115,000 lines: Rust + Tauri 2 desktop app (64k lines of Rust), React UI, PowerShell probe and action scripts, 629 Rust unit tests, working v0.1.0 installer.
- The agent "brain": a deterministic rules engine for ~30 known problems, AI classification of unknown startup items and services, per-fix confidence and risk scoring, and hard guardrails (security software is never touched, risky changes always ask).
- Undo for everything: every change is journaled with its undo data. "What changed?" diffs a daily snapshot of apps, drivers, services and scheduled tasks.
- Plugin platform: QuickJS sandbox with declared permissions, a signed store with remote revocation, developer docs and a CLI packer. 30 plugins built (Scam Check, Price Finder, Text Grabber, Translate Image, Receipt Scanner, Code Grabber and more). Developers can sell paid plugins.
- Monetisation already wired: Free / Creator $49 a year / Developer $39 a year / Work $3 per device a month, Lemon Squeezy licence keys, a 14-day in-app trial, and a hosted AI service with per-user limits (Next.js on Vercel + Upstash).
- Marketing site (Next.js): home, four persona pages, pricing, plugin store, developer docs, invite list.
- Brand system: logo, wordmark, colour and type system, synthesised sound logo, brand guide PDF.
- Launch kit: 16 finished vertical reels plus promo films, Product Hunt / Show HN / BetaList copy, a researched creator outreach list, a 30-day Instagram plan with 20+ designed posts, and the Instagram account @revive.sys.
- Headless CLI mode for scheduled runs and fleet use.
Where it is today
Built September to October 2026. Installer works, invite-only beta, pre-revenue. Left to do before public launch: a code-signing certificate (Azure Trusted Signing, about $10 a month) and Google verification for the Drive and Calendar plugins. The launch plan is written step by step.
Who it's for
- A founder who wants a launch-ready consumer product with a real edge (an agent that acts, with guardrails and Undo) instead of starting from zero.
- A PC utility or IT tools company adding an agentic product line.
- An MSP that wants a white-label device-health agent: the Work / IT tier is already priced per device.
Why this price
The asking price is based on build cost, not revenue: rebuilding this at agency rates would cost several times as much. Open to reasonable offers.
Transfer
Full repository, brand and design source files, website, video project sources, launch documents and the Instagram account. The app currently runs at theserifs.com/revive (my agency's domain): the domain itself isn't part of the sale, and pointing the app at a new domain is one setting. I'll walk you through the codebase on a handover call.
