RistoSmart FM Menu is a production-ready multilingual SaaS platform for restaurants. It allows businesses to create and publish digital menus, wine lists, daily menus and ready-made event menus, with permanent QR codes, professional PDFs and multilingual content.The platform also includes online reservations, automatic table assignment, dining-room/table management, customer CRM and communication tools. An optional WhatsApp Booking Secretary via Meta Cloud API can receive booking requests, check availability, assign a table and confirm reservations automatically.The user interface supports Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, while menu content can be translated into 25 languages. The platform includes Free and Premium plans, Stripe subscription infrastructure, licensing, OpenAI-assisted translations and a responsive web interface.The product is currently online, pre-revenue and has never been commercially launched or advertised. I am looking for a commercial partner, licensing partner or potential acquirer capable of bringing the product to market.
