RivetQuote is a live, mobile-first estimate and invoice builder for independent contractors and small crews. The Free product works without an account: users can create estimates or invoices, manage line items, apply discounts, tax, fees and deposits, save records locally, upload a logo, duplicate documents, print customer-ready layouts and download multipage PDFs.The private source package also includes a buyer-configurable Pro architecture built on Supabase Auth, Postgres, private Storage and Row Level Security. It includes company workspaces, tenant-isolated documents, a customer directory and history, business branding, subscription-entitlement logic, migrations, setup documentation, Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites deployment support and a Vercel/Nitro build.This is an honest pre-revenue asset sale. RivetQuote currently has $0 MRR, no paying customers and no documented traffic. The public demo intentionally runs the complete local-first Free workflow without a live Supabase project or Stripe billing. The buyer must provision Supabase, apply the included migration, complete two-account tenant acceptance testing, connect billing and then focus on domain, support, analytics and customer acquisition.Included in the sale: private GitHub source, RivetQuote name and visual brand, responsive UI, calculation engine, local persistence, logo handling, PDF/print workflows, Supabase schema and RLS policies, Pro application code, deployment configuration, documentation and sale assets.
