About

RJ Rogers LandscapeOps — Quote Intake, Field Operations & Human-Reviewed AIRJ Rogers LandscapeOps is a professionally developed landscaping-business application foundation connecting public discovery, structured project requests, staff lead review, scheduling, jobs, customers, crews, materials, invoices, and bounded assistive AI in one responsive experience.Current status and dataThis is an independent, polished, deployed, pre-revenue portfolio demonstration and is not affiliated with or endorsed by RJ Rogers Landscaping. All people, projects, business records, financial values, and imagery are fictional or synthetic. No verified customers, users, revenue, invoices, leads, or production operating history are represented. Business identity, copy, service scope, policies, destinations, media rights, and production behavior require buyer approval.Core features• Responsive public website with home, services and detail pages, projects and case studies, process, about, community, FAQ guide, contact, privacy, accessibility, and authentic loading/error/404 states• Three-step quote request covering proposed service, timeline, location, project goals, budget range, optional photo context, contact details, review, consent, non-binding disclosure, and demo reference• Portfolio-only sign-in experience that opens a complete Directors AI Workspace without accepting or storing real credentials• Directors dashboard with new leads, site visits, active jobs, open invoices, quote pipeline, AI attention queue, and daily schedule• Operational modules for quote leads, scheduling, jobs, customers, crews, services, materials, invoices, AI workspace, and settings• Bounded assistive AI surfaces for approved public-source guidance, saved-lead summaries, reply drafting, and authorized job briefs• AI safety boundaries: no binding quotes, automatic messages, schedule promises, autonomous job changes, or unreviewed operational mutations• Responsive table-to-card behavior, mobile dashboard dock, visible focus, reduced motion, semantic labels, route metadata, and accessibility-aware interaction• Single synthetic content source, optimized provenance-labelled imagery, strict typing, linting, unit/integration tests, build verification, and route acceptance tests• Architecture and production-boundary documentation covering authentication, persistence, uploads, AI audit, retention, deployment, security, and accessibilityTechnology stackNext.js 16.3.1, React 19.2.8, TypeScript 5.9.3, Node.js 22.13+, Drizzle ORM 0.45, Tailwind CSS 4.3, ESLint 9, Vinext 1.0 beta/Vite 8 for Sites compatibility, native Next.js builds for Vercel, Cloudflare tooling, strict type checking, Node test runner, route acceptance tests, and a synthetic in-code content layer. The repository includes schema-generation and migration scripts, while production services remain disabled.Target customersLandscaping contractors, hardscape and interlock businesses, outdoor-living specialists, design/build firms, multi-crew service operators, home-improvement contractors, and software businesses seeking a modern landscaping lead-to-invoice foundation.Monetization opportunitiesPotential models include per-company, per-location, per-user, or per-crew SaaS subscriptions; onboarding and data migration; branded or white-label licensing; managed hosting/support; premium scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and reporting modules; and an optional human-reviewed AI assistant tier. These are opportunities only—no revenue or customers have been verified.Current operating costsThe synthetic demonstration can run on a Vercel entry-level plan. Production costs will depend on database activity, private upload storage, email volume, shared rate limiting, observability, backups, analytics, maps/routing, document generation, and optional AI usage. Exact current monthly spend has not been independently verified. Database persistence, production authentication, private uploads, email, Redis, payments, and live AI providers are not currently enabled.Current development stageA polished, production-shaped, pre-revenue application foundation with a full public acquisition journey, structured quote intake, Directors AI Workspace, lead-to-invoice operational surfaces, responsive behavior, bounded AI patterns, synthetic imagery/data, automated verification, and production-boundary documentation. Real infrastructure, official business content, provider integrations, and commercial operations remain deferred. What the buyer receivesThe private GitHub repository and application source; original digital-experience design, custom RJ demo icon, responsive public pages, synthetic project imagery, quote workflow, Directors AI Workspace, operational modules, bounded AI interaction patterns, Drizzle schema/migration foundations, tests, route metadata, design manifests, implementation report, production-boundary documentation, and source/provenance records. A remote architecture/deployment walkthrough and 14 calendar days of reasonable post-transfer Q&A are included. Domain, official RJ Rogers branding, social/email accounts, customer data, provider accounts, production credentials, and secrets are excluded unless separately agreed in writing. The buyer must replace or obtain rights to any business identity and content before commercial use.Production work still required• Establish an unambiguous buyer-owned deployment target and provision production hosting, database, storage, background jobs, backups, observability, logging, and disaster recovery• Replace synthetic/in-code data with tenant-scoped Postgres persistence using reviewed Drizzle migrations, authorization-aware service layers, audit trails, retention/deletion jobs, idempotency, and recovery procedures• Implement invite-only authentication and server-side RBAC for directors, office staff, estimators, crew leads, and field users, including MFA capability, account lifecycle, recovery, session controls, and access review• Implement private inspected photo/document uploads with authorization, signed access, file-size/type/content validation, malware scanning, metadata removal, retention, deletion, and tenant isolation• Connect transactional email and/or SMS providers with approved recipients, sender-domain verification, templates, durable outbox, retries, delivery/failure status, suppression/unsubscribe rules, consent, and monitoring• Replace process-local abuse protection with Redis or an equivalent shared service; add distributed rate limits, bot protection, replay protection, and operational alerts• AI is not live. If enabled, configure an approved server-side provider with field minimization, redaction, prompt/tool allowlists, budgets, evaluation, audit records, human approval, monitoring, incident response, and a kill switch. Preserve the no-binding-quote/no-autonomous-change boundaries• Payments are not implemented. Add Stripe or another provider only if deposits, invoice collection, or subscriptions are required, including webhook validation, refunds, disputes, reconciliation, taxes, and accounting controls• Connect scheduling/calendar, mapping/routing, CRM, accounting, document/PDF, analytics, telephony, weather, material-supplier, and other third-party services only after vendor, privacy, security, and legal review• Replace synthetic imagery and business details with buyer-approved content and licensed assets; complete official brand/content approval, privacy/legal, security testing, accessibility review, observability, incident response, production QA, and deployment verificationReason for sellingI am focusing time and capital on other products and would like a buyer to take this substantial landscaping operations foundation through production integration and commercialization.Asking price$7,500 USD, negotiable.Handover and supportRepository and documentation transfer, a remote architecture/schema/deployment walkthrough, reasonable setup guidance, and 14 calendar days of post-transfer Q&A are included. Larger feature development, production migrations, branding/content work, or third-party integrations can be scoped separately.
