Hey everyone, I have ADHD, and to-do lists have never once worked for me. Open the app, see 30 things, shut down completely, close the app. Every single time. What actually helped, once I noticed the pattern: seeing one task, deciding on just that one, nothing else competing for attention. So I built Sammy. One task at a time, shown as a card.
