About
SayLift is an iPhone app that logs workouts and meals by voice, so you aren't typing between sets. After a set, tap the mic and say "bench press, 3 sets of 8 at 135"; SayLift records each exercise, set, rep and weight, and you check and edit every set before saving.Since version 4.5 it also tracks food: describe a meal, snap a photo of your plate, scan a barcode or type a few words, and it lists each item with calories, protein, carbs and fat. Your day sits on one timeline with a calorie ring, macros, meals and workouts. An AI coach reviews each session and suggests numbers for next time, and a progressive-overload engine suggests your next working weight from your own history.Key features:- Log workouts by voice- Count calories by voice, photo, barcode or text, with macros- AI coach and progressive-overload suggestions- 873 offline exercises with photos and instructions- Paste-in routine import plus Home and Lock Screen widgetsYou can start without an account; signing in is only for private cloud backup. logging workouts by voice sounds cool but how accurate is it? could be a hassle if it mishears stuff.
