Scout is an AI‑powered talent rediscovery tool that turns messy ATS exports and CV spreadsheets into a clean, searchable talent pool so recruiters can fill roles from people they already know instead of starting every search from zero.Scout ingests CSV/ATS exports, parses and normalizes profiles (titles, skills, experience, location) and exposes them through a fast, natural‑language search interface so recruiters can type queries like “Senior Python developer, 5+ years, Madrid, startup experience” and instantly see ranked matches with an explanation of why each candidate fits.On top of search, Scout builds a dedicated rediscovery pool: it automatically surfaces past silver‑medalist candidates and strong applicants from previous roles, so when a new position opens you can start from a curated shortlist instead of digging through old pipelines or inboxes.The product also integrates job‑posting APIs, allowing you to match your internal candidates against live roles from external job boards and career sites, turning Scout into a hub where you can see which candidates fit which opportunities—both internal and external—in one place.From a buyer’s perspective, Scout is fully designed and implemented as a modern SaaS: a Python backend with a relational database for candidates and jobs, a clean React/Next.js dashboard, AI search and matching logic, and ready‑to‑use integrations for CV parsing and job data.
