I’m building ShapeScan for the annoying gap between “I have the real part” and “I need a usable 2D sketch.” Workflow: place a flat, clearly separated object on the marker sheet, take a straight-down photo, and export its true-scale outline as SVG/DXF (plus other formats). I built it for brackets, gaskets, covers, templates, and fitting a tool into a Gridfinity insert.
