SuperApp is a white-label platform for operators launching their own multi-vertical marketplace rather than joining someone else's. A single multi-tenant backend runs branded apps for customers, merchant partners, delivery riders, dispatchers and administrators on iOS, Android and web, all published under the operator's own brand. Three verticals are live today: food and restaurants, retail stores and supermarkets. Ride-hailing, parcel and delivery, and bookings are in development. Pricing is subscription-based with order volume included rather than a commission on each transaction, so the operator keeps the economics of their own marketplace. Two-way POS synchronisation with Clover, Square and Toast, automatic dispatch and a dispatcher control panel are built in. The platform runs in 100+ countries with support for 50+ currencies and 25+ languages, and is built and operated by Devkart Technologies LLP.
