About

Tailo is an AI-powered academic reading and research web app built for university students. Designed with an accessibility-first approach, Tailo supports students, particularly those who are neurodivergent or have disabilities, in reading, researching, and studying more effectively. Tailo simplifies complex academic texts, helps students process information at their own pace, and supports better comprehension and retention. Built with plain, literal language and a focus on genuine usability, Tailo reflects the lived experience of its founder, who is dyslexic, translating that insight into a tool that removes barriers rather than adding friction to academic work.
