TenderPilot is a production-ready AI B2B SaaS designed for the bid management and RFP industry. It allows agencies to upload massive 200+ page public tender PDFs and automatically extracts compliance matrices and hidden risks in under 60 seconds.The codebase is heavily engineered for a fast handover. It includes a complete Next.js frontend, Supabase backend with Row Level Security, full internationalization (EN, DE, IT, ES, FR), and a fully integrated Stripe billing system with webhooks.I am a technical product manager who built this to solve a real bottleneck in the engineering bidding space. The technology works perfectly, but I realized the B2B enterprise sales cycle requires a dedicated outbound sales team. I am selling the IP and codebase outright so I can focus on my next project.
