TexStylus is a production-ready collaborative LaTeX and document workspace built for technical and academic writing.The platform combines a full LaTeX editing environment with real-time collaboration, persistent document history, isolated LaTeX compilation, PDF-to-document extraction, and an integrated AI assistant.The AI layer can work with document context to explain content, improve writing, and assist with document problems, while the application remains responsible for applying changes, collaboration, compilation, and document state.The platform is built as a complete deployable software system rather than a prototype, with a modern web application, API services, collaboration infrastructure, isolated compilation services, document-processing infrastructure, database, object storage, caching/coordination, authentication, abuse prevention, CI/CD, and production deployment configuration.The PDF extraction pipeline is designed to reconstruct editable document structure from existing PDFs rather than simply extracting plain text.The project is currently pre-revenue and is being offered as a complete software asset for acquisition. The goal is to transfer the existing product and technology to a buyer who can leverage the foundation, integrate it into an existing business, or take the product further commercially.
