The Cognitive Agency (TCA)

About

The Cognitive Agency (TCA) is a pre-launch business concept and digital asset package designed to help an entrepreneur or established digital team launch a specialized website diagnostics and conversion optimization agency.

The opportunity

Many businesses invest in website redesigns and advertising without first identifying the visual, cognitive and commercial friction that may prevent visitors from taking action. TCA is built around a diagnostics-first approach: investigate the problems, assess the available evidence and recommend targeted improvements before committing to expensive changes.

What's included

  • Three documented business operating models: Diagnostics Edition 100.1, Office Edition 7.1 and Outsource Edition 8.5.
  • Diagnostic methodologies, service frameworks, operating procedures, commercial playbooks and quality standards.
  • SaliencyScanner prototype source code, a client widget, a KeyCRM integration prototype and a Python-based 30-page PDF report generator tested in demonstration mode.
  • Client report templates, illustrative audits, sales materials and operational documentation.
  • English-language marketing content plans, recruitment templates and TCA brand artwork.
  • Proposed transfer of thecognitive.agency domain and eligible digital assets, subject to ownership and transfer verification.

Current status

TCA is pre-revenue, with no verified active customers or production-deployed software. The technical components are prototypes and development assets, not a fully operational SaaS platform. The package provides a substantial foundation for further development and commercial launch.

Sale terms

The entire asset package is offered for USD 28,000, negotiable. The seller seeks a full and final asset sale, without retained equity, royalties or ongoing operational obligations.

The buyer will be responsible for further development, deployment and business operations. Detailed documentation and selected technical evidence can be provided during confidential due diligence.
