About

I wasted an average of 4.23 hours per day on cheap dopamine in January this year. 131.17 hours total. Why? Because I have no self control? Then why do I find it easy to not eat junk food? Because I know that each bite I take cost a certain amount of calories. I know that eating 10 chips means that the 10 minutes of cardio I did in the morning gets cancelled out. Which made me think... What if we could see what the time you waste actually costs you in terms of money, time and personalized goals....

awareness alone won't change behavior, need actual friction mechanisms

how are you pulling the screen time data, native API or custom logging?
