Vadraa — AI-Assisted Agricultural Extension PlatformVadraa is a built and deployed vernacular agricultural technology platform designed to provide farmers with structured, stage-specific crop guidance rather than generic agricultural advice.The platform combines a crop lifecycle and task execution engine, AI-assisted advisory, event-based pest/disease workflows, tracker repair logic, and structured agricultural data collection into a single system.Vadraa was developed with Jharkhand as its initial deployment region and supports major agronomical crops including rice, maize, wheat, pulses, and mustard. The platform was designed around a model in which agricultural researchers and extension stakeholders would help disseminate the platform to farmers, generating structured field-level data in the process.After development and institutional validation, it became clear that independently solving the farmer-distribution and stakeholder-engagement problem would require substantially more time and resources than I can currently dedicate to the project.Rather than abandoning the work, I am looking for an organization, agritech company, NGO, agricultural institution, or founder with an existing farmer/extension network who can take Vadraa forward.AcquisitionThe project is available for full acquisition, including the existing product codebase, product architecture, documentation, domain/branding, and associated intellectual property, subject to an appropriate transfer agreement.I am particularly interested in buyers who already have access to farmers, FPOs, extension workers, NGOs, agricultural programs, or institutional agricultural networks, since this provides the distribution layer required to turn the existing infrastructure into a larger deployment.The project can also be discussed as a licensing or technology-transfer arrangement where appropriate.Status: Built and deployedSector: AgTech / Agricultural Extension / AIPrimary region: India / JharkhandAcquisition: AvailableReason for sale: Founder is reallocating resources to other research and technology projects; seeking an owner with stronger distribution capabilities.
