Vertex CRM is a self-hosted sales desk: contacts, deals, tasks, companies,teams, reports, audit log and notifications, with a lead-ingestion API for adand partner traffic.Sold as source code, not as a subscription. The buyer deploys it on their ownhost and owns it outright — no per-seat pricing, no vendor, no data leavingtheir infrastructure.What makes it worth buying rather than building:• Role-based access with four visibility scopes — all, department, team, own — enforced in the database queries, not by hiding buttons. Sign in to the demo as Agent and then as Super Admin: 101 contacts against 900.• Lead ingestion API with HMAC-hashed keys, duplicate detection and per-key visibility, ready for ad and affiliate traffic.• White-label: brand name, logo and a single hex colour from which the entire accent palette is derived, for light and dark themes.• Bilingual English / Russian interface, 851 translation keys with a checker that fails the build on drift.• CSV and Excel import/export that accepts English and Russian column headers.• Contact statuses and departments are editable in the admin UI, not hardcoded, so one deployment can run a B2B pipeline and another a call desk.Built to be handed over: 487 backend tests, 23 browser end-to-end specs and 20screenshot specs, all passing.
