**Getvorexa — self-hosted CRM for resellers and licence businesses**Most CRMs model a deal that closes once. If you resell software licences, subscriptions, service contracts or warranties, winning the deal is the beginning — not the end. Getvorexa tracks the whole chain: lead → opportunity → quotation → invoice → licence → renewal, with the reseller who originated each deal attached at every step.**What it does**- Sales — leads, opportunities, clickable stage path, multiple pipelines, weighted forecasting- Documents — quotations and invoices with line items, revision history, PDF generation, configurable sales tax and withholding tax (Thai VAT/WHT works out of the box)- After-sale — licence tracking (seats, serial keys, trial-to-paid) and maintenance contracts with automatic renewal reminders- Channel — reseller accounts with their own pipeline and targets, plus alerts when a reseller goes quiet for 30 days- Also — support tickets, tasks, recurring calendar with iCal feed, team chat, report builder, Excel export, 30-day recycle bin, full audit log, daily backups, TOTP 2FA, role-based access, installable PWA that works offline for reading**Tech**Single Node.js/Express app using Node's built-in SQLite — no external database server, no message queue, no paid third-party services. No bundler or frontend framework, so there's no build step: clone it and run it. Two main files (server.js 6,186 lines, public/index.html 7,530). 6 direct npm dependencies, all permissive licences (MIT/BSD/ISC), zero copyleft. Deploys via Docker Compose or an included Windows GUI installer, both tested.**Quality**117 automated tests across 18 files. Each boots the real server against a real database and drives it over HTTP — nothing is mocked. Covers auth, 2FA, step-up re-authentication, CRUD, permissions, soft-delete, invoicing, recurrence, privacy and security hardening. Clean checkout lints with zero errors.**Status — read this before enquiring**Pre-revenue. **Zero customers, zero users, zero traffic, zero marketing.** Never launched or listed anywhere. Demo data in screenshots is synthetic seed data, not real customers. This is a finished codebase and brand sold outright — not an operating business with cash flow.**Included:** full source with rights transferred, complete Git repo, the test suite, the Getvorexa brand and logo, README and install guide, Docker setup, Windows installer.**Disclosures:** written with substantial AI assistance (development records available). The Settings screen has credential fields for Facebook/TikTok/LINE/Shopee/Lazada that **store API keys only** — no working sync behind them yet. Roles are admin/member/viewer, not per-field permissions. Single-tenant, not multi-tenant SaaS. No post-sale support included unless negotiated separately.
