About

XoBoo OS is a private, offline-first family intelligence app. Instead of forms and calendars, a parent says what happened:"Swimming moved to Thursday." · "Mia needs new goggles." · "Dad collects her every second Tuesday."XoBoo interprets the sentence locally, stores it as structured and editable knowledge, and uses it to show what matters Now, organize Today, and prepare for what is Ahead. Family sentences never need to leave the phone. This is a pre-launch, pre-revenue asset. There is no user base, no revenue and no store listing yet. What you are buying is a finished, working product and a hard-to-replicate language asset, which lets you skip roughly a year of build time. Why this is valuable?1. A proprietary family-language corpus (the crown jewel) - 81,054 structured records across 127 modules - 7,453 canonical family concepts - 79,178 unique normalized terms and 72,325 action/state variants - Covers school, health administration, meals and pantry, household and repairs, travel, transport and pickups, pets, money and bills, activities and sports, routines, devices and more -Authoritative JSONL sources, deterministic generators, runtime packs and a semantic qualification fixture (2,160 cases) are all included - Runs entirely on-device with lazy, bounded loading. No LLM call, no per-user inference cost.2. A complete product loop, not a prototype - Resume-safe household and child onboarding, with optional photo - Tell screen with typed and voice input, clarification questions, recurrence, correction, cancellation and undo - NOW / TODAY / AHEAD / FAMILY views driven by local SQLite - Preparation guidance, responsibility resolution (who is picking up), travel-time awareness, conflict detection and pattern learning - Local search, history, direct edit, encrypted backup/restore and full data deletion - Local notifications with time zone handling and quiet hours - Light / dark / system themes, tested at large text sizes.3. Real privacy architecture (a marketing advantage) - Parent utterances are protected with AES-256-GCM using a device-held key (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) - Password-derived encrypted backups - No analytics SDK and no advertising SDK - Android OS backup disabled; iOS backup exclusion applied to private storage.4. Monetization scaffolding is already in place - Subscription entitlement layer covering trial, active, grace, billing retry, expired, cancelled, revoked, pending and restore - Premium screen using live localized store prices, with a conservative offline lease - Built on `in_app_purchase` (Google Play Billing and StoreKit) - Play listing draft, privacy/data-safety disclosures and a store legal checklist are written.5. Solid engineering - About 48,000 lines of written Dart (excluding generated code) and about 40,000 lines of automated tests across 258 test files. The developer's own runs report 900+ tests passing - Layered architecture: Drift/SQLite data layer, Riverpod state, separate timeline / preparation / guidance / responsibility / pattern engines - 57 documents covering architecture, database, security, backup, subscriptions, release and store readiness.iOS foundation (already in the repo)The iOS side is not an afterthought. It sits in the same repository and shares 100% of the Dart logic:- Complete Xcode project: Runner target, workspace and test target, bundle ID `com.xoboo.os`, iOS 13.0 deployment target, Swift `AppDelegate` / `SceneDelegate`- Native Swift bridge: timezone identifier lookup and `isExcludedFromBackup` applied to the private database and profile photos - App Store permission strings already written: microphone, speech recognition and local network usage descriptions - Full AppIcon set (including 1024 px) and a branded launch screen - Keychain-ready security: content key stored via `flutter_secure_storage`- StoreKit-ready billing: the same entitlement coordinator sits on `in_app_purchase`, so iOS subscriptions need only store configuration - Plugins were chosen to stay iOS-compatible, so there is no rewrite. Open on a Mac with Xcode, add signing, archive and submit.Market contextFamily organizers are a paid, established category: XoBoo's core understanding runs on-device, so the marginal cost per user is close to zero.Ways a buyer can grow this.- Launch as a $39–$59 per year subscription with a 7-day trial. The purchase flow is already wired. - Add an optional AI API layer (Claude, GPT, Gemini) for free-form questions and email or photo intake, on top of the deterministic local core. - Add email-to-calendar and school-portal intake, the most requested feature in this category. - Localize the corpus architecture into new languages and markets.- Position as a privacy-first alternative to cloud assistants, with white-label or B2B options for schools, childcare and family services. - Use the corpus as a licensable NLP dataset or an on-device intent engine for other household products. What is included?- Complete Flutter source (Android and iOS projects) - Full language corpus: JSONL sources, generators, runtime packs and router - Drift database schema and family-brain repository - Intelligence engines, backup, security, notification, alarm-handoff and household sync code - Subscription architecture and Premium screen - Brand system: logo, icon set, splash, palette, in-app privacy, terms and disclaimer text - Play listing draft, privacy disclosures, legal checklist and release documentation - Automated test suite and architecture docs - Screenshot library from Android device testing - Handover call and reasonable Q&A support after sale.Status and transparency.- Pre-launch and pre-revenue: no live store listing, no users, no analytics (by design) - English-first (single supported locale) - The buyer sets up their own Google Play / Apple developer accounts, signing keys, legal entity and public policy pages - The app was iterated with hands-on Android device testing. The buyer should run their own final release QA before launch. - Not a substitute for medical, legal or educational advice (the app carries this disclaimer).4. FAQ for the listing. Is it really offline? Core interpretation, storage, search, timeline, guidance and reminders run locally. Store billing and any future AI layer need a connection.Does it use an LLM? No. It uses a deterministic on-device pipeline over the proprietary corpus, which is why there is no per-user AI cost. An API layer can be added on top.Can I publish it under my own brand and account? Yes. You receive full source, assets and rights, and you rebrand and re-sign as you wish.Is iOS ready? The project, native bridge, icons, permission strings and billing layer are in place. You need a Mac with Xcode to archive and submit. What about the codebase's maintainability? The code is layered and documented, with a large automated test suite to protect changes.
