About

Yumvote is a household meal-planning app built around one idea: dinner gets decided together.Everyone in the house sets their tastes, allergies and disliked ingredients (including profiles for kids and members without the app). Someone opens a planning round for the days ahead, the household votes Love It or Fine on a shortlist, and the winning dishes become the week's plan. The shopping list then builds itself from those recipes: quantities scaled to the people eating, ingredients merged across dishes, sorted by supermarket aisle, with a pantry-check step so you only buy what's missing.Current status Live on the App Store since 28 July 2026. Android is finished and waiting out Google's mandatory 14-day testing window before production. Reached Top 10 in Food & Drink on the Maltese App Store in week one, with users converting to paid trials organically. Marketing so far has been one local creator video and word of mouth. What's included in the sale • Full source (React Native / Expo, TypeScript) • Supabase backend: Postgres, auth, realtime, edge functions • RevenueCat subscriptions, approved and live on the App Store • 486-recipe catalog with photos, macros, allergens and ingredient data • yumvote.app with 486 SEO-indexed recipe pages and structured data • Creator affiliate system: per-creator offer codes with automated conversion tracking • Brand, domain, social accounts, store listings and screenshot pipelineBusiness model One subscription per household, €4.99/month or €39.99/year, free for the first 7 days. Running costs are minimal, the infrastructure sits on free tiers at current scale. Why I'm selling I build software, and that part is done: shipped, approved, live. What it needs next is funded consumer growth — creator partnerships and paid acquisition, market by market — and I'd rather hand it to someone who can run that properly than grow it at a fraction of its potential
