For a while now I've been working on 1 Million Stars. It's a black screen that slowly fills up with stars. Every star is placed by a real person and once it's there, it stays forever. Here's the part I actually find interesting though. All million stars are positioned so that eventually they reveal a specific hidden picture. Nobody can see it yet.
