About
BlaBlaScribe turns audio and video into transcripts, subtitles, translations and dubbed voice-overs, all in one browser editor. What it does- Transcribes audio and video in 120+ languages with speaker labels and word-level timestamps; files up to 8 GB or a YouTube link.- Lets you fix subtitles against a timeline: the timeline is the player, every speaker is a track, and doubtful words get a quick keyboard review (Space to listen, Enter to accept, Tab to the next).- Translates subtitles into 50+ languages on the original timing.- Dubs videos into 27 languages with a voice per speaker or a clone of the original, keeping the music and background sound.- Exports SRT, VTT, TXT, DOCX, PDF, CSV, XLSX, JSON, or an MP4 with burned-in subtitles rendered right in the browser. Why I built itI'm a designer who taught himself to code. My wife teaches baking courses to students who speak different languages, so I built a tool to subtitle and translate her videos. My own experience cutting video in Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve shaped the editor: AI subtitles are never perfect, so fixing them has to feel like editing, not like proofreading a document.StackLaravel 12, Inertia, Vue 3, PrimeVue, Tailwind; WhisperX on our own GPU server in Germany; Demucs to separate voice from music; Google Gemini for translation; ElevenLabs for dubbing voices; Mediabunny for in-browser video export; Stripe.Pricing30 free minutes, no card.
