CanaryGuard AI
AI release intelligence and DevSecOps governance for safer software releases.
About
CanaryGuard AI is a production-deployed AI Release Intelligence and DevSecOps governance platform designed to help engineering teams determine whether software changes are safe to release. It evaluates release evidence, identifies potential failure and security risks, and applies deterministic policy controls before software progresses through deployment.CanaryGuard combines automated release analysis with a hardcoded policy engine so AI recommendations do not have final deployment authority. Critical evidence such as failed tests or serious security findings can override an advisory AI recommendation and block a release.Core capabilities include:• Release-risk review and structured risk scoring• GitHub Actions workflow, job and deployment evidence analysis• GitHub App integration with least-privilege repository access• Signed GitHub webhook ingestion• Automated GitHub Check Run publishing• Deterministic release-policy enforcement• Canary deployment observation, promotion and rollback workflows• PostgreSQL-backed release lifecycle and audit records• Repository- and tenant-scoped authorization• Management dashboard and downloadable evidence reports• Docker, CI and production deployment support• Optional OpenAI-powered release intelligence with structured outputsThe platform is designed with security boundaries around credentials, repository data and AI processing. Runtime secrets remain outside the codebase, raw credentials are not persisted, and the AI intelligence layer remains advisory while deterministic policy controls retain final authority. The project is built with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker and GitHub Actions and includes automated testing, database migrations, deployment tooling and technical documentation.CanaryGuard is suitable for an acquirer looking for a technically developed foundation in DevSecOps, developer tooling, CI/CD security, release governance or AI-assisted software delivery rather than starting such a product from zero. The acquisition can include the transferable source code, product IP owned by the seller, database schema and migrations, deployment configuration, automated tests, documentation and applicable CanaryGuard branding assets. Personal credentials, secret keys and unrelated NextEdge Analytics assets are excluded.Commercial status: the product should be treated as a developed, production-deployed software asset rather than as an established revenue-generating SaaS business. Any revenue or customer metrics shown in the sale will be stated only where independently supportable.
