I'm the developer of ListenSlice, a browser tool for people who want to practise English listening by writing down what they hear. You can choose a prepared listening passage or bring your own audio. Replay a sentence, type your answer, then compare it with the transcript. There is also a guided flow with listening, dictation, speaking aloud and a final listen.
