ParKings is a fully built, production-ready real-time marketplace platform originally developed for parking, with the infrastructure to connect users with location-based inventory, real-time availability and reservations.The platform includes 8 active repositories covering the Java/Spring Boot backend, React Native iOS & Android application, TypeScript web client, business-facing website, shared UI library and deployment infrastructure.Core technology includes: • Real-time WebSocket architecture with area-based geographic subscriptions • PostgreSQL + PostGIS geospatial search and spatial queries • Full booking and reservation engine for on-demand and scheduled reservations • Host approval, inventory management and cancellation flows • Real-time availability and reservation state propagation • Docker-based deployment configuration • Complete database schema and WebSocket API documentationThe backend contains approximately 30KB of production booking/business logic, while the overall platform represents an estimated 12–18 months of equivalent development work.The sale includes the complete source code, database schema, API documentation and deployment configuration.
