The Phase Router is an open-source implementation of capacity-aware routing for Mixture of Experts (MoE) models. It allows for more efficient routing of tokens through expert networks by dynamically allocating tokens based on the capacity of each expert. The router is designed to improve the performance and scalability of MoE models.
