Quick OverviewTeachAIr is a multi-tenant SaaS built for educators who spend too much time on administrative tasks. It has been two years in the making, and the main ReportAIr app is complete, with PlannAIr currently available in the dev branch.ReportAIr is a full featured app built for writing student reports. Connected to an administrative dashboard, it allows the educational institutions to add and manage their own teachers, classes, and students. Reports can be generated for individuals, multiple students at once, or even the entire class. Users with the institution administrator role get access to an admin dashboard, allowing for various configurations and reviews, as well as management of all institution assets. A single report of average length costs around 0.0000885 GBP to generate via OpenAI models. Assume a school of 800 pupils, where reports are written twice a year, for each subject (Average of 10 subjects), that is 800 students x 10 subjects x 2 reports = 16,000 reports annually, provided that teachers like the report on the very first try, however, gathered from user testing, users usually generate more than that. If you charge just 0.30 GBP per report, which is more than reasonable, that is £4,800 in revenue per annum, per school, based on only 2 reporting seasons, and assuming a single generation per report. PlannAIr can be used to generate lesson plans with worksheets, graphs etc. At the moment, only focused on Mathematics, it uses the actual A-Level/GCSE specification extracted and parsed from the official Exam Boards. Please note, originally planned pricing is separate for each app. That is, the cost of report generation is completely separate from lesson planning, meaning that it would require a separate pricing plan, unless of course you want to change the pricing model.
