clever but what about private repos
The URL swap trick is clever but feels fragile, what happens with private repos or enterprise GitHub? Also curious about the commit flow, does it push directly to the branch or fork + PR? And what's the editor under the hood, ProseMirror?
the AST-to-markdown roundtrip is where the real engineering lives
rate limits and auth flow are the real bottlenecks here
