Native iOS app (Swift) that turns a photo into a dancing video with AI. Live on the App Store since July 1, 2026. I built it for an investor with TikTok content in mind: the videos are made to be posted on TikTok and Reels, and the onboarding is tuned for subscription conversion.Sales (App Store Connect): July 2026 $34, August 2026 $47, September 2026 $94, October 1-13 $29. Total since launch: $204. Sales grew every month from July to September. Organic traffic is growing steadily, paid ads were never run. Download-to-paid conversion is about 3.3-3.5%.
