bracketwars.app is a free game where you predict every match of the 2026 tournament against everyone else playing, on a single worldwide leaderboard. The part I found fun to build: instead of just counting correct picks, the rating is crowd-relative. You gain the most when you're right and most of the world got it wrong, and almost nothing for predicting the obvious result.
