ClipMarz turns long videos into ready-to-post vertical clips (9:16) with hooks, subtitles, a logo and an outro. It's a complete, working product that I built end to end, and I'm selling all of it.What's included- API: Node, Express and TypeScript (about 12,700 lines), with SQLite, Firebase authentication, a token ledger with refunds, a server-side pricing engine, admin endpoints, analytics and 28 automated test files- Web app: React, Vite and Tailwind (about 25,800 lines), with landing page, dashboard, usage history, live price estimator and token-pack page- Automation: n8n workflows for content and promotion- Payments: Lemon Squeezy tested in simulation- Assets: the clipmarz.com domain, brand assets and social accountsWhat you should know- Pre-revenue beta: no paying customers, and the social accounts are very small- No real payment has been processed yet- It depends on third-party services (Firebase, Gemini, Cloudflare), so you will need your own accounts and keys- Downloading source video with yt-dlp may conflict with some platforms' terms, so review this before launching- A full security audit was deferred, so plan one before scalingHandover: repository transfer, a clean .env.example, a setup walkthrough, and 2-4 weeks of help with setup and deployment questions.
