About

ColorWithAnne is a free printable coloring website for kids and adults, built around a simple idea: finding something enjoyable to color should be easy. Whether someone is planning a classroom activity, keeping a few pages ready for a rainy afternoon, or settling down for a quiet evening, the site helps them move from browsing to printing without an unnecessarily complicated process.

The collection brings together a broad range of interests, from animals and nature to seasonal celebrations, cozy scenes, fantasy, and popular characters. Some pages offer larger spaces and straightforward outlines, while others provide more detail for people who enjoy spending longer on a design. Rather than treating coloring as an activity for one age group, ColorWithAnne gives visitors room to choose according to their interests, confidence, and available time.

Browsing is an important part of the experience. Visitors can explore categories, look through themes alphabetically, search for a specific subject, or discover recently added collections. Related themes help them continue exploring when a page catches their attention. Someone arriving for a holiday printable might find an animal collection to save for later, while a visitor looking for a favorite character can explore other pages within the same collection.

Each coloring page is available as a printable PDF, with previews that help visitors decide what they want before opening the file. The pages are designed for US Letter paper and can also be printed on A4 using the "Fit to page" setting. This makes the collection practical for home printers and classroom use. The aim is to keep the steps familiar: choose a page, open the PDF, check the print settings, and start coloring.

The project is built on WordPress and continues to develop through improvements to both the collection and the website itself. Ongoing work includes refining linework, balancing the complexity of individual designs, improving image previews, and making navigation more consistent. Clear outlines and comfortable coloring spaces are priorities, alongside helping visitors understand where a link leads and how to access the printable they want.

ColorWithAnne also includes suggestions for taking a finished page a little further.

Depending on the theme, a colored design might become a card, a decoration, or part of a simple creative activity. These ideas give visitors a starting point while leaving the final result open to their own choices.

The long-term goal is to build a dependable, welcoming resource that people return to whenever they want something to color. Growth matters, but the central focus remains the everyday experience: useful collections, accessible printing, and pages that make someone want to reach for their crayons or markers and spend a little time creating.
