Market Tycoon is a late-stage 3D electronics retail and business simulation game built in Unity 6 (URP) for Windows PC.

Players start with a small electronics store and progressively build a larger retail business through product ordering, deliveries, warehouse management, shelf stocking, pricing, customer sales, employees, store expansions, and increasingly valuable products.

The current project includes:

• 30 electronics products across 12 progression levels

• 10 display/furniture families

• Product ordering, delivery and warehouse systems

• Shelf stocking and inventory management

• Cash and card checkout gameplay

• AI customers and workers

• Cashier and stocker employees

• VIP customers and theft gameplay

• Rush Hour and Delivery Delay events

• Store expansion progression

• Second checkout expansion

• Economy, pricing and XP progression

• MARKET DESK management interface

• Tutorial system

• Save/load and multiple companies

The project is being offered as an outright acquisition rather than a partnership or revenue-share arrangement.

The acquisition package includes the Unity project, source code, transferable game content and assets, documentation, Windows build, development materials, and the agreed transferable IP rights for Market Tycoon.

The buyer can continue development, modify and rebrand the project, and commercially release it under the rights transferred in the final agreement.

SALI Studios itself and unrelated SALI intellectual property are not included in the sale. Third-party content is subject to its applicable licenses and will be identified during due diligence.

The project has already undergone dedicated gameplay, progression, performance and acquisition-readiness QA. Remaining pre-transfer work primarily concerns final licensing/provenance verification and transaction documentation.
