About

WonderFrost — Pre-Launch Mobile Puzzle Game Available for Full AcquisitionWonderFrost is a pre-launch casual mobile puzzle game developed in Unity for Android and iOS.At its core, WonderFrost combines accessible Tile Match gameplay with a much broader meta-progression experience. Rather than being designed as a simple level-to-level mobile puzzle game, the project has been built around longer-term progression, collection, companionship, and expandable content systems. The player progresses through a frozen world composed of multiple themed habitats. Gameplay sessions award Energy, which is then used to discover and collect objects within those habitats, gradually advancing the player's overall progression. The current project structure includes 15 habitats and approximately 90 collectible objects, organized through a scalable progression framework rather than hard-coded content. One of WonderFrost's main differentiators is its egg and companion system. Players can obtain eggs through progression, incubate them through a dedicated four-slot incubation system, and manually hatch companions of different rarities. Companions can then be placed inside habitats and are designed to provide gameplay-related benefits, creating a connection between the collection meta and the core puzzle experience. The companion framework currently supports multiple rarity tiers and a structured benefit system, including potential Energy bonuses and gameplay advantages such as starting Hint, Shuffle, Undo, or additional Dock capacity.WonderFrost also already includes or has foundations for:A complete habitat-based meta-progression structureA collectible object progression systemEgg acquisition, incubation, queueing, and manual hatchingCompanion collection, rarity, placement, and gameplay-benefit systemsA global Collection Book for Objects and CompanionsDaily missions and recurring engagement systemsWeekly reward/calendar systemsEnergy and Premium Gem economiesPremium boostersRewarded advertising and monetization foundationsA structured IAP shop and offer systemA Piggy Bank monetization featurePlayer profile and progression statisticsFirst-launch onboarding and contextual guidance through the game's mascot, TobyMultiple themed content families and habitats designed for future expansionDedicated Unity Editor tooling for content authoring, validation, balancing, eggs, companions, economy, and other production workflowsA documented technical architecture intended to keep the Tile Match gameplay layer separated from the global Meta, economy, save system, and commerce systemsFrom a development perspective, WonderFrost is well beyond the concept or early-prototype stage. A significant amount of product design, engineering, content architecture, UI work, progression design, tooling, and documentation has already been completed. However, I want to be completely transparent about the current state of the project:WonderFrost is not finished, is not store-ready today, and has not yet entered commercial soft launch. There are therefore currently no validated CPI, retention, ARPDAU, ROAS, LTV, or revenue metrics to present. While much of the underlying product foundation is already implemented, additional work is still required before a commercial launch. The main remaining areas include final gameplay and product polish, broader device and screen-ratio QA, Android and iOS production qualification, real-store IAP validation, final monetization and analytics validation, performance testing on representative devices, final balancing, and general release-readiness work. Some systems are currently validated primarily through Unity Editor tests and local qualification rather than full production Store environments. The project should therefore be considered a substantial pre-launch production project, rather than a finished game awaiting only publication. This is also precisely why I believe WonderFrost may represent an interesting acquisition opportunity.A buyer would not be acquiring only a basic gameplay prototype. The project already contains a substantial amount of the infrastructure normally required to transform a simple puzzle mechanic into a broader mobile product: progression, collection, economy, companions, recurring engagement, monetization foundations, content tooling, expandable data structures, and technical documentation.I am the independent developer behind KopPlay Games. As I am increasingly focusing my development resources on another mobile project, I am now exploring whether WonderFrost could have stronger long-term potential in the hands of an experienced mobile studio or publisher with the resources to complete its remaining production work, validate it through soft launch, optimize its KPIs, and operate it at scale.Acquisition ScenarioMy preferred scenario is a full and definitive acquisition of WonderFrost. This would be intended to include the complete WonderFrost project, source code developed for the project, original game IP and branding owned by KopPlay, original transferable assets, project documentation, production tooling, and other transferable project materials.Third-party assets, plugins, frameworks, or licensed technology would naturally remain subject to their respective license terms, and any required buyer-side licenses would be clearly identified during due diligence.I would also be available for a reasonable transition and handover period to explain the project's architecture, Unity tooling, content pipelines, product design, and remaining development scope.I am not looking to misrepresent WonderFrost as a finished or commercially validated title. My objective is instead to find a potential buyer who sees value in the substantial product foundation that already exists, and who has the experience and resources to take the project through its final development, validation, launch, and scaling stages.I would be pleased to provide gameplay footage, screenshots, a playable build, additional product documentation, and a more detailed technical overview if the project is of interest. The project is currently being offered on an exploratory basis, and acquisition terms and valuation are open to discussion.

the art style looks cool, but what’s the tech stack? any thoughts on the puzzle mechanics?
